Turbulance is a VERY scary thing on an airplane, when the plane shakes and goes up and down it just scares me to tears (Literally!).
Just close your eyes and think of something pleasant. It helps...A bit.

i love it its so fun i always try to get the window seat i mean the worst things that could happen on a plane is a window being broke open a crash maybe some snakes on it as well but you should just enjoy flying especially if its ur first and last:) |

I was nervous the first time. I was afraid to sit near the window as I have a fear of heights.
I just quit thinking about it. I just told myself it was going to be a new experience and so it would be interesting. And I actuallly loved looking out the window! |

I never have been scared to fly in an airplane. The pilots know what they are doing and the chances of anything happening to a plane is far less than the chances of a car accident. |
