Absolutely, I never put my Chi (hair Iron) under the plane.
I have never had a problem, but if you do encounter one.
Be sure to let TSA know that if they check the rules there is nothing wrong with having it aboard. Sometimes they say no,
but if you ask another TSA employee they will most certainly allow it. Especially a woman! Have a good flight. |

That depends on which airline you are flying with; different airlines have different rules. The airline site will have a FAQ section, under something like allowed/disallowed items that should answer your question. Without knowing which airline, and where you are flying to/from, it's really not possible to answer the question more fully. |

I always do. My hair straighteners have been in my handluggage on flights to New Zealand, Thailand, Florida, Malaysia, Austria, France, Switzerland, Bali, Singapore, Scotland and New York. I've never had a single problem. |

According to the TSA rules, yes. Although I don't know why you would; you can't use it on the plane (unless you're in first class). |
