I'm going to Majorca in the summer and I cannot live without my iPod...does anyone know if they are allowed on planes yet?

Yes, you can use anything electronic when the seat belt signs are off. This includes laptops, ipods, DS's etc.
The only time you can't use them is before and during take-off and landing. |

Once the fasten seatbelt sign is turned off after takeoff, then you can play them. Then you'll have to turn it off for landing. |

You've always been allowed to listen to iPods or other music players. At least in the US. You just have to turn off all wireless functions. |
