check with the airlines. i believe it is ok if it is in a cage that fits on your lap, and it isn't too noisy. |

on most airlines, yes. not on southwest. it needs to remain in a pet carrier, and that carrier needs to fit under the seat for the duration of the flight |

It depends on whether you are on a national or international flight. There are rules for health certificate, etc. Check airline you want to take online. |

not with you, but you can take animal on trips. Or may be you can take it with you, i've seen people bringing small dog with them on the plane. |

My grandmother use to do it all the time. I dont know about currently. You need to check with the plane or airlines you are flying on. Call them and ask. Delta lets you hold small animals in your lap in tiny cages..but again you have to ask |

most probably, but you would have to ring the airline and discuss the details and set it up in advance, but it is accompanied baggage. you would still have to do quarantine and stuff at the ither end, though. |

if its unconscious..if not it would be put back in the freight section with luggage..but make sure that that bird is native to the area u r flying to cus it spread germs that animals to where u r flying arent immune to.. |

I hope not, but probably. This lady took a pig on a plane with her once... said it was a "Special Needs Pig" |

i wouldnt think so they would probably put it under the plane and not let you have it in ur lap.wich is good because i wouldnt want a brid chirping while i am flying and i defiantly dont want it on the plane at all. |

You should just skip the plane altogether and fly on the bird's back. You would probably save money on plane tickets this way. You did say it was a "giant" bird, right? |
