very scared , espec after the madrid crash , iv flown before and am flying in 3 weeks to spain with 2 kids and absolutly shitting it , i keep thinking this plane willl blow up or get hijacked

I'm terrifed, but because I'm in North Carolina and I need to get back home to California I have to fly as driving or taking a train isn't cost effective.

I usually take tylenol PM to calm down. Does the trick.

When it first takes off, kind of but when it's up in the air, I'm fine. I love it though, I can sleep or do whatever.

No i find it very relaxing although i haven't been on a plane for over 25 years, once went in the cockpit flying to madeira.
