Your airline most likely has a large section of information for traveling with babies on their website. If you plan to bring a car seat for them to sit in, it must be approved for air travel (this is a US rule, but it may apply to other countries). Your airline probably allows you to buy a "lap ticket," where the baby would be permitted to sit in your lap for the whole flight. Check with your airline for this topic as well. The baby's ears will pop just like yours. Don't cover their ears, as air needs to expel from them. I've seen babies who don't care about the flight at all, and I've seen babies who cry and throw tantrums during the flight. Your baby should be okay, regardless of whether or not they cry.

Depending on the aircraft you are in, some have changing stations in the bathrooms. Crowded, yes, but they are there!

A babies ears do pop and you can change them in their car seat, by the way, I do reccomend bringing those portable car seats.

I would jsut lightly cover her ears during take of and landing, thats when people ears pop the most

The changing tables are fold down in the lavatory....yup they cram those in there as well!

As far as babies ears popping they likely will....you can massage the backs of her ears where the tubes are. As a precautionary measure (and to not make the other passengers mad at you) you may want to give her some benedryl right before the plane takes off to help her sleep through the uncomfortable ear popping, and since its a long flight, maybe ask the flight attendant half an hour or so before descent so you can give her some more. This will also help you so you don't have to see her in as much pain.

If you have an appt scheduled, you can ask your doctor his/her recommendations as well!

Are you buying a seat for her or having her on your lap? If your buying a seat, just put her in her carseat, and buckle that in. Try to schedual the flight when at night so shes sleeping, so if she starts crying or gets really fussy it won't annoy the other people on the plane. Sometimes if you ask the flight attendents, there will be a changing spot, but just ask them what you should do about it. I'm not sure if their ears pop, i'm assuming they do just cause everyone elses do, try covering her ears a bit if she seems fussy. good luck moving!

to avoid the babies ears from popping give it something to drink she wont feel the pain. if you need to change the diapers then you can ask the flight attendants if you can change the babie in the galley. theres plenty of room there.

Most flights I've been on have rows of 2-3 seats. I've seen people change their baby right at their seat if the other people in that row are family or friends. (They lift up the armrests and one helps in holding the baby while the other changes them.)
