you can take the pet on board as long as its muzzled and in a carrier that can fit under the seat (or in the one next to you if you want to buy a ticket). bigger animals are put in with the luggage. which, by the way, is horrible for the animal since its loud and dark down there.

u can fly with them if they are under the plane in the luggage compartment in a cage, some airlines will allow u to travel with ur pet in the cabin if the pet is small and it's really up to the airline's discretion.
