NY to Fla... JetBlue, hands-down, all the way. Not only are the usually cheapest, you've got all leather seating, more legroom than other airlines, live DirecTV at each seat, brand new airplanes, and good customer service (as long as there's not a snowstorm!). http://www.jetblue.com |

For such a short flight, I would suggest the one with the best price would be the best airline. With so many planes in the air over that area, any one, would be as safe as another. I guess you might want to go to their websites too and check the "On time" percentages, that may help you decide.

Continental is the best US airline. JetBlue is good too, but I live in Boston and whenever I fly to Florida they're always a lot more expensive (I've only flown them once because they're so much more expensive). Continental has the best service.... you'll probably have to go from Newark though if you're coming from NYC since that's their big hub. |

Jet Blue flys just about to every city that has a commercial airport in Florida from New York. The only large city in Florida they dont fly to from New York is Miami but they fly into Miami second airport Ft. Lauderdale Hollywood.
If not Jet Blue, I suggest American Airlines or Air Tran.
Florida-New York is the second biggest domestic airline route in the country after California-New York. Many airlines fly flights from Florida-New York. |

to north America=continental airline

Southwest is #1...fun, exciting, top notch in Customer Service!! From what I have seen from flying with them..they are very much a very personable airline. I am going to enjoy flying with them now that Im moving to the Tempe/Mesa area next week and will be flying home to California for the holidays. Definitely top notch!!!!!!!!! Best prices!!!!!!!!! |
