British Air
Swiss
Japan Airlines
China Southern

Korean Air
Lufthansa

Southwest service was impecable! My kids were flying unaccompanied minors, and we were running late, and I forgot the minor paper, and it was 5am! They were so nice! They got us transferred to another flight without a problem and without a fee (which was the best part). It was so nice to see a company not nickle and dime ya to death.

For smaller planes.....we flew JetBlue. It was okay, the service was good, the plane was old though. On one flight, the directv wasnt working and they emailed me a discount for next time for my inconvienence. I didnt feel inconveinenced but it was nice.

I would go with one of those 2 for best.

Worst-Delta. Prices are awful and they wanted to charge me 100.00 for my unaccompanied minors each way on top of the plane ticket. I have three kids. That is 600.00!! Not a chance! Especially when some airlines do this for free.

Best - Alaska (Great service, good equipment)

Worst - Southwest (Greyhound bus of the air)

Out of the airlines listed, I would say JetBlue is the best for domestic. The seats are comfortable, the airline does not oversell seats so passengers should not be involuntarily bumped, the airline has satellite TV on the back of all seats.

I would say Japan Airlines is best for international. Great service.

Worst airline would be either United or US Airways. Those 2 airlines are known for mishandling baggage. Also whenever I fly United, we always have to connect in Chicago and the flight gets delayed because O'Hare over-schedules the number of aircraft movements it can handle.

Air Tran is not going anywhere, they are doing very well.

JetBlue is my favorite, the airplane cabinets are the nicest but they are limited in where they serve. I have not had great experiences with Southwest and Delta, they were not bad, but the planes were older, the food service was poor ect...

I'm stuck between United and (surprisingly, one you didn't list) Frontier. If those aren't available, I'll go with Southwest.

Best of the ones iv been on is -South West..the planes are old but theres good service

NorthWest would be the worst..and that not saying much The only thing wrong with NorthWest is that the planes are small and Cramped

I cant pick, Delta, Northwest, and (not listed) American are my favorites. All have great everything

Worst-Especially for unaccompianed minors are the international Air France, Atalia, British Air, Swiss, Japna, China Southern, Korean, Lufthansa

worst United :bad experience this winter my first flight was late I somehow managed to arrive on time at check-in for my second flight, they lectured me about arriving early at the airport, when I told them that it wasn't my fault they asked me for paper ticket (I only had an electronic ticket) we spend 20minutes on the ticket problem after what they told me that it was too late, they had to leave and that I was on my own (I was in Canada,on New Year's eve, waited 8 hours at the airport)
Best Northwest I'm a frequent flyer and it's always a good experience (never late, no lost luggage, food and service is ok, prices are good...)
