One of my favorites in the UK,is Manchester International airport. Especially Terminal 2.
But,as a whole, the parking is great, you always find a space. They lay out is done really well.
Once inside, the checking in area is large and easy to use.
After security, the duty free shopping is fab :o)
Food - there are many places to eat at MAN Intl. Before and after security. You can always find something that suits your appetite (well,i can anyway!).
The boarding gates are well marked and easy to understand too.
The first time i ever flew in my life,i'm glad it was from Manchester. The place is so novice-friendly,that i felt like an experienced traveler!
Customer service people are always nice. If you do get lost for some reason, someone is always at hand to take you to where you want to go,instead of just pointing you in the general direction.
There is a multi-religion prayer room in Terminal 2 too, which i think is very open minded (maybe other airports have this, but i've never seen one).
An absolutely brilliant airport, and i always look forward to flying from there! x |

May be biased but Kansai Airport in Japan is the best! It looks like you're in a Star Wars movie, and there's many shops, restaurants, and easy for non-japanese to get around and use the airport. |

Narita Airport, Tokyo Japan. As long as you don't enter the "secured" area right away, it's a beautiful mall-like atmosphere. They also have observation duecks up-top so you can watch the planes and the scenery with a breath of fresh Toyko air! |

Incheon Airport, South Korea! It's like a mall in there, and so much great food to choose from. Also quite spacious, you can lie across a row of seats if you need some sleep. |

Amsterdam schiphol airport, my favorite airport for shopping and food variety. I can't think of any other airport with such variety.
It's also very convenient for connections, everything is under one roof, no need to transfer to different terminals. |

Hong Kong International Airport, because it's got a huge variety of restaurants, shops, and entertainment centers where you can watch TV or surf the internet while waiting for your flight. It's like a mall in an airport. You can never be bored there. |

I love YVR (Vancouver International) because its so beautifully architechtured and has large influences of BC and the multiculturism that lives here. Although they dont have enough staff to run it. Sometimes if you come in late, the doors to the runway are locked and the alarms go off >.< |
