I would agree with that 100%!!
Other best airlines are SAS, Air New Zealand, KLM, and the best major US airline is Continental Airlines. I've only flown Midwest Airlines once but they were very nice as well.
Other worst airlines are Southwest Airlines and United, United, and United. |

Other good ones: Malaysia Airlines, Thai, Qatar Airways
Worst: Maybe I am lucky, some have not been good, bad experiences with British , Air France and also Egyptair, can't realy say though which is absolute worst |

from my experience; the best airline is Hawaiian Airlines. The worst airline is Northwest.
These were flights between washington state and hawaii. |

I liked British Airways & Alitalia.
The worst is Between Monarch Airlines and Ryanair. Both have always been late and the Leg Room in Ryanair is so bad a mouse would have problems finding space. |

Suncoast airlines gave us the best treatment so far and the worst was Northwest. My husband flew first class and it was cramped, he was treated badly by the flight attendents and hopefully wont have to fly with them any time soon. Suncoast they had spacious seating, great in flight meals, the flight attenedants where kind, funny and when they had a bit of free time chatted about where we where going. We even got fresh baked cookies before landing. I hope to fly with them many many more times in the yrs to come. |
