You'll need to use an Internet Flight Search engine to do some checking out for prices.
I just tried http://www.kayak.com which returned cheapest at $920 in mid May... But you need to play with it with your own dates.
Then try some others, like http://www.lastminute.com -- similar dates returns a flight for 8 days, mid May at £454, just now (thats maybe a dollar or two cheaper than above -- and dorect with BA)
