And I know its illegal to drink in the States but if I were bringing it as a gift. I believe you are allowed to transport alcohol in Florida if you are atleast 18.
It would be illegal for you to possess here in the States, so you'll be bringing it home @ your own risk. Clearing customs, you could have it confiscated if the Customs people go through your luggage.
Also, you would have to place it in your checked luggage. They won't let you bring it on the plane in your carry-on.

no. you have to be twenty one and most airplanes wont let your carry any liquids anyways.
