My daughter sells chef's knives. She takes her demonstration kit with her on the plane all the time. It has over a dozen knives and some of them are over 12 inches long. As stated before, they must be in your checked luggage. |

You can bring it in your checked luggage (under the plane, thus inaccessible to you), but not in your carry-on luggage or on yourself. |

Yes, in your luggage to be checked thru. My son is a Chef, he takes his knives when he travels to other countries. But be sure to tell them you have knives in your case, Just to be sure what their laws are. |

Not likely, the best thing to do was to have it posted to the address you will be staying at.
