No, but if you're able to buy duty free that means you must be on an international flight and many airlines don't charge for drinks on international flights. You're not allowed to drink booze bought from duty-free and could be detained if you're caught.

No. You cannot consume alcohol that you've brought onto the plane. They not only will take it from you, they can have you arrested when the plane lands.
