Yeah, you'll be given the option to list the passengers name -v- the name on the card, so they don't need to be the same, just make sure you bring all your necessary details to the airport cos it'll be slightly harder to sort yourself out if it's not your card(though not too hard)
Just make sure your friend knows your using it!

Also just seeing lvlemon's comment,(didn't give you thumbs down though) a lot of machines do have quick check in- but generally I find that you scan/input your passport number rather than credit card, or input your confirmation number no credit card required, what I find more troublesome is accomodation in places, sometimes when booking accomodation you have to explain if it's not your credit card and check what alternative id you can use. |

Yes you can. Book the ticket as normal (your name, addy, ect.) then when it comes to the billing information use her name and credit card #. They airline will then send you a recipt/conformation to your e-mail address (if you enter one)! |

MOST AIRLINES NOW OFFER AUTO CHECKIN! WHICH MEANS ON AIRPORT WHEN YOU TRY TO GET BOARDING PASS! INSTEAD OF PERSON MACHINE WILL ISSUE YOU BOARDING PASS AND ONLY YOU NEED TO DO IS SWIPE CREDIT CARD FROM WHICH TICKET WAS PURCHASED!!! so i would not strongly suggest you purchasing ticket from your friends card until unless he is traveling with you and you guys buy ticket from same card !!! |
