Yes, both are fine. The only electrical gadgets that aren't allowed are those with some sort of radio transmission, for example a toy with a remote control.

They have to be off for take-off and landing. Then you can turn them on.

Be aware they might be double inspected in security. No big deal as a lot of people do have both of these but don't be surprised if they look at them more carefully and maybe ask some questions about them.

Make sure both are fully charged before getting onboard. ON most commercial aircraft, it's not possible to recharge them onboard. The iPod especially is easy to lose or even pickpocketed (although that usually happens on the way to the airport, not in the secured areas) so keep your eye on both and make sure they're safe in your carry-on.

If you're really scared to fly, talk to your doctor. There are some things you can take so you don't suffer if you think it's going to be a problem. For most people who have problems flying, it's usually related to control issues. You aren't driving, you can't see in front of you and you really have to put yourself in their hands completely. Not easy if you are usually in charge of the rest of your life!

Commercial aviation is safe so there's no reason to worry. There's very little chance of anything going wrong. I flew for 13 years and never had any sort of serious incident. The most dangerous part, still is, the ride to the airport!

Have a good flight, being zen and listening to your tunes!

You sure can bring them on... Just dont leave them behind... My wife works for the airlines and they find those gadgets all the time... Have a nice flight!

Yes, bring both. Just be aware of the times you shouldn't have them powered on and you'll be fine. Don't forget to charge them up before you go, I forgot to do that once and I had to go without the use of my ipod, which sucked for me.

Yes you can bring both of those on flights. Just make sure that you have enough battery life to last you the flight. There will be some times during the flight that the pilot will instruct you to turn off all electrical equipment, so make sure that the sound on your headphones is not to loud.

private_jet_charter
Yes you are allowed to bring those items on the aircraft with you. You are just not allowed to used them during takeoff and landings, but the flight attendants will inform you when it is ok to use electronic devices.
For the complete list of what is and is not allowed on the aircraft in both you carry on and checked luggage visit the TSA website http://www.tsa.gov/
Hope this helps and have a great flight!

You can carry your personal entertainment system (like an MP3 player or an I Pod) while on the flight and use it too. These are allowed as long as they do not interfere with the signals that is sent and received in the plane.

You can not carry things that are sharp like knifes, scissors etc in your hand bag. In some places, security agencies do not allow you to carry your shaing blades too. So ensure to put such things in your check-in luggage. Enjoy your flight.

ejilarasie
