Can you bring food on an airplane from outside?

I have done this many times. And I take an empty water bottle with me and fill it from a water fountain somewhere after going through security.

Yes you can and should, I have 3 kids and whenever we travel I pack our lunch or buy something before getting on the plane.

yes, you can bring foods. if you are traveling internationally you cannot bring fruits or veggies - or anything with the potential to carry bugs or parasites. cereals, granola, pretzels, popcorn, cheese, breads etc are all okay and i always bring my own snacks on flights cause i hate airplane food.

Yes, you can, with certain restrictions. For example, pudding has to be 3 oz. or less. You also might wish to bring dressings (mayo, mustard) in small packs and put them on the sandwich after going through security.

it depends on the airport, but to be safe i would buy it from inside the gate - much easier. And there are heaps of cafes and stuff. Lol, last time I bought a giant caesar salad just before coming on and it was delicious!!!! it really hit the spot

when you get to the airport you can purchase food after you check in and have gone through security they have places to buy food that you can bring on the plane.

You are allowed to bring food but with a certain size restriction. And once the plane has landed, you're not allowed to bring the food off the airplane if it's an international flight.

Once you get past security you can. Seems like every airport is slightly different, so take a chance. But, I would say No

Your not supposed to,but I sneak them in my carry on AFTER I'v cleared security.Then when I board I snag and eat after take off!I get dirty looks from flight attendants,but who cares?That big ol bag of peanuts just doesnt cut it.The worst they can do is make you give it up,but I never have a problem.
