You cannot bring most anything that has a liquid in it. They will probably confiscate your hairspray, but a cell phone is fine, as well as an iPod. Of course they scan it for metal and bombs..

No, there is no way to get a cell phone working on a plane. However, there should be a phone in front of your seat that you can dial out of - but they are astronomically expensive. I think it's like 8.00 a minute or something crazy!

Relax, a plane ride can actually be a very nice experience. I know that plane rides are less pleasant than they used to be, but you should just sit back, relax, and enjoy what you're doing. The best thing to do if you are scared of an airplane is to bring something to preoccupy yourself with.

For me, it's a book or an iPod. I don't know what you like to do, but it sure helps.

Hairspray is a yes and no, they'll confiscate it IF it's in your carry on. If it's under the plane, or if you have checked the bag than yes you can pack it. As long as you don't try to carry it with you on the plane.

Cell Phones do not work on a plane after a certain altitude. I found that I receive service a few hundred feet above ground, but it doesn't matter. You cannot make before during your flight. You must wait for when you have landed and your captain gives you the go ahead.

Computers can be brought on planes but don't expect to find a wireless connection up there. You can type, watch movies, play games, etc. But not internet.

Planes aren't scary at all. They're extremely safe and quite relaxing if you can just allow the outside noise and distractions to melt away. If you afraid of crashing just take a hint from the captain and his crew. If they aren't panicking, neither should you!

Planes are an easy and safe way to travel, don't be afraid!

u cant bring ANY liquids(i had this yummy pineapple lotion and this fat guy jacked it from me at security!) they are really intense about security...you can bring an ipod! and ur not supposed to have ur phone on on the plane...have funn

You can bring the ipod, macbook, as well as the cell phone and hair spray.

BUT....

The cellphone (and other electronic devices) need to be turned off during take off and landing. (as well as chairs in the upright postition, stowed away tables, and locked luggage bins lol)

The hair spray...has to be in a see through bottle and you can only have a limited amount; If I remember correctly, I never took hairspray with me...im a guy.

you can definitely bring your i-pod on the plane or your computer. However you cannot bring hairspray because it is flammable.

Check with the airlines but the hairspray has to be less than 2 oz and they want it in a zip lock baggie- cell phones work but they make you shut them off so they won't interfere with their electronics- you can bring your laptop and watch a movie or whatever you like. Relax, enjoy the flight bring some food and have a glass of wine - sleep it off.

Hair spray no unless its really small. cell phones, yes. remeber to place all liquids and gels in a plastic bag and don't use your cell phone while going through customs THEY WILL CONFISCATE IT.

noyou can not bring hair spray on an air plane. well maby. but for sure you can bring an i pod!! you cant bring liquids or any sharp things like twisers sissors you cant bring food either. no macbooks do not work on air planes and your cell phone wil not get any connection. bring your ipod and a magizen or if you have a portably dvd player bring that becuase they will let you

See below. It's hardly anything to fret over. Hardly anything to be in the dark about. It's all spelled out.
NO aerosol canisters.
YES iPods. But turned off for taxing and landing.
YES, all computers work if they're laptops. Same rules as above: only for use while in flight.
YES, all cell phones are fine while the cabin doors are open or once you land. Coverage is always a questions, but most folks use their phones.

You can certainly pack hairspray, lotion, shampoo, etc. in your bag to be checked in. They will not be allowed in your carryon onto the plane. You can also take your Ipod and cell phone, but they must be turned off during take off and landing. Ipods and laptops may be turned on while in the air.

You have to have a plastic bag for all your liquid-ish stuff. No water, pop, anything like that (even if brand new). Ipods are totally cool.

computers work but you cant get the internet in the air. You can bring an ipod. No hairspray and nothing with liquid in it. You can usually only have two carry ons. A cell phone does work in the plane but once you take off you have to turn it off and keep it off until you land. They will come over the loud speaker to let you know. You will have to turn your computer off when you are about to take off but then they will allow you to turn it back on once you are in the air. Your best bet is to put all razor objects, liquid and food in luggage. Only keep a clothes bag, and a computer as a carry on to minimize your chances of being searched. You can put your ipod in your bag but will have to take your computer out of carrying case when being scanned under security.
