I'd call your doctor and see what you can take to be more comfortable. Maybe ear plugs would help?

Mee-Mee
Best to check with your doctor. But I know my cousin couldn't when he had an ear infection, his doctor told him it would be very, very painful.

YOU CAN BREAK AN EAR DRUM! Do not do this without consulting a doctor!

NEVER EVER FLY LIKE THIS!! You can pop your eardrum, and even if you get lucky enough not to, it HURTS like hell!

The Airplane & PC Geek

yes i think ull be fine

Sooozy&Sanobey
yeah, but it will probably really hurt. get medication, ear drops or wax, earplugs, bring some chewing gum, and maybe bring some benadryl so you can sleep if it's going to be a long flight.

check with your doctor to make sure.

dopeadevil23
It depends on the severity. If it already hurts a lot I wouldn't recommend it. You will be in agony during take-off and descent.
