No way. Depending on where you're at, check with your local post office, that's one place that takes all the necessary information they need from you in order to send to the proper authorities to get your passport. They need proof of who you are, which is the reason they won't do it online.

dukalink6000
No. You can get the APPLICATION on line, but you have to bring it in person to the Post office or (if you are eligible) mail it in.

No. Go to your DMV website, they have something about passports. Once you click on it, down below there is a downloadable application. Print it out- don't sign it- and go to almost any post office and do it there.

Eric
no, but you can print the application from the internet.

No way. you need a special photo taken,be fore you even s t.art

No. You cannot. You must fill out paperwork (which may be available online) but you must also get a passport photo and submit the info to your local Post Office who also has a passport service. There's no expediting the process.

It looks as if you can do it on this site:
http://www.unitedstates.org
Go to bottom of the page.

You can also go to your local post office they have applications for renwals and new passports.

trainer53
No you can't do it online. Getting a passport is a very serious thing and they look at your credentials very closely. You'll need to go to a court house probably and get the forms and then take all the things you need back there again and they'll take a awful picture lol. You can overnight it to where it needs to go but it'll still take several weeks to get it, so if you're in a hurry, better get going!
