you could...they dont run the dogs through the dmestic terminals.
if you MUST ( and i woldnt reccomend it) but hide it somewhere good mate. i have flown from Brisbane both domestic and international and the domestic terminal dont search for drugs, but you never know when they will random searches.

I have done the trip my self, and the answer is yes, but I don't think this is a clever question. I don't hold in with any kind of drug, other than, what is prescribed by a GP.

yeah you could but they do have random searches. although rare. domestic flying is a joke on security.
international is pretty **** too unless you come across those dogs.
