Can you listen to an mp3 player on an aeroplane?
This is probs a really stupid question, but i can't figure it out!
Just been to lanzarote and yes we took ours and had no problems . The only thing we had to do was not take any drinks on board and put makeup and lighters in a plastic bag.
If you have booked your tickets already just check out their website it will tell you what you can and can't take with you on board.
Polo
Yes.
Mimi
I'm not quite sure about MP3's.
I remember last year though i wasn't allowed to take my iPod on board because of the security rules. Especially with all these terrorist's and that boarding planes and setting bombs off with their phones, ipods etc.
Ellie
Yes, but not during take off or landing.
Ashley

God,You Are Worthy To Be Praised
It is not a stupid question and yes you can listen to an mp3 player, however switch it off at take-off and landing!
tigerbluemum
It depends on your mp3 player. Some phones can switch off the phone signal and leave on the mp3, other phones switch off the mp3 when you switch off the phone signal.
Dale-Jaime M
yes you can but only when the captin notifies you of a safe flying alturtude of 35 thousand feet
curved_path
I always do, the attendents ***** about it, but thats bull, I fly a lot and listen to my ipod all the time and the plane never crashed, so just hide it from the attendants during tackeoff and landing.
