There are a zillion airports with "three-letter IATA" codes all over the world and the majority of them are "non-UK". Here are a few just in the U.S. alone: DCA, GNV, BGM, ORD, MCO, PTH. Go to http://www.orbitz.com/pagedef/content/air/airportCodes.jsp?popupsDisabled=false to view a list of major cities in the U.S. Go to http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_airports_by_ICAO_code for a list of international airports (including UK and non-UK).

You know, this is a bit of a strange question! There are hundreds of thousands of answers to this. Every airport in the world has a 3-letter code. As an example, to ad to the list so far -

European -

LEI - Almeria
AGP - Malaga
CPH - Copenhagen
ALC - Alicante
FAO - Faro
LJU - Ljubljana
NCE - Nice
MUC - Munich
BIO - Bilbao
AMS - Amsterdam
PRG - Prague

Australian -

SYD - Sydney
MEL - Melbourne
ADL - Adelaide
BNK - Ballina
CNS - Cairns
CBR - Canberra
DRW - Darwin
OOL - Gold Coast
MQL - Mildura
PQQ - Port Macquarie
PER - Perth
PPP - Proserpine
TSV - Townsville
HBA - Hobart
KGI - Kalgoorlie
MCY - Maroochydore
BNE - Brisbane
GLT - Gladstone
GFF - Griffith
KNX - Kununurra

So, as you can see from my list, even little one-horse towns in the Australian outback have a 3 letter code. The list could go on and on and on forever.
