Each airline has it's own rules regarding UM's (unaccompanied minors). The policy may depend on whether you have to connect to another flight or are able to reach your destination in one hop. Check with different carriers if you don't have luck with the first one.

Two years ago I was thinking of letting my then 12 year old fly alone and was told she could not by all the airlines. This was on a flight from Texas to Indiana. I was told not until she is 15. However if she had been flying international she could have flown unaccompanied. How messed up is that? To answer your question since you are flying internationally you should be alright.

It probably depends on the airline you choose - different airlines will have different rules for minors flying alone. You may be required to have someone available to pick up up at the gate or you may be restricted to flying alone only on a non-stop flight.
Call your airline of choice to find out what their rules are like. At 14 there probably won't be many restrictions on you.
