Cheap flights to Alicante summer 2008? |
Hi can anyone advise who is the cheapest for flights to Alicante for next summer, are there cheap flights available to book now or do I have to wait nearer the time? Thanks in advance. |

I live in Spain and often fly into Alicante from Bristol. Easyjet are one of the cheapest no frills airlines I have used. I think they are only taking bookings up until end of March at the moment.

I'm waiting for Easyjet to release their next batch of flights for next summer.
However, there are already some very good prices available, depending where you wish to fly from.
Monarch have a seat sale on at the moment (up to 30% off) which runs until the 11th Sept. This might be worth looking at, as would Thomsonfly.
The best prices that I have found for early June, however, are with Excelair (xl.com) from Gatwick to Alicante at £58 return, inclusive of taxes etc. |

Where are you traveling from? If you are flying out of the United States, you probably won't be able to get a flight to Alicante. If you do find one, it will probably be more expensive because it's not a main airport in Spain.
I would recommend you look for a flight to Madrid, then take a Comes bus to Alicante. According to the Comes website, the bus ride should take about 5 hours, and set you back 25-35 euro.
Most travel websites let you book tickets about a year in advance. Check and book in advance to get good deals. |
