Keep in mind that USA passport holders only have 3 months to play tourist in the entire Schengen Agreement border zone, of which Austria is a member. To stay longer than 3 months anywhere inside of Schengen Border, you must have work, study, or residence permission--in hand--before you are allowed to board. Just a heads-up if this is an issue for you--it could be a costly mistake if not handled ahead of time.

Since you need to stay more than 30 days, your best bet is to use an airfare consolidator. Try adding Bratislava to your search, as well as Orlando (Sanford and MCO), and search both published (direct from airlines) and unpublished (discounted consolidator) airfares with http://www.bookingbuddy.com

Unfortunately there is not one single site that will find you the best deal all the time ... You need to check a number of different places if you want to find the cheapest deal on Airfare.

The best thing to do is go to the following sites and see what quotes you can obtain.

1.) If you are a student traveller look for student discounts at : http://www.statravel.com (student travel experts)

2.) Secondly, and very importantly, check multiple flight aggregators for the cheapest deal. These are advanced sites that scan hundreds of airlines and travel agents to give you the best deal.

You just have to be ready when they are.

I have found my best bet to be going directly to the airlines that I want to fly with--then using other places like travelocity, expedia, etc. It also depends on the time of year and the day of the week, and how long you are staying.
