Cheapest flight on 10.12.2008 from Sydney to Germany (Frankfurt)?

HI
I need to book a flight (one way) from Sydeny to Frankfurt. There are sooo many airlines, and the offers seem to change every day. Which is the cheapest flight? Anyone herard of Asiana airlines before? They offer it for $1246, but takes more than 40 hours and stops at a place I never heard of. HELP!

I don't need an agent. I wanna find the CHEAPEST flight. Can only be done online. Travel agencies are pathetic. Heaps more expensive than any flight you can find online.

The place you never heard of - is it Incheon? Well that is the international airport of Seoul, South Korea. One of the three best airports in the world! Asiana Airlines is one of the very few airlines to be rewarded as a five star airline.
I think European Airlines are cheaper - try Lufthansa! their fares are usually cheap. you fly with their codeshare partner airline, SQ to Singapore, then take lufthansa to Frankfurt. Or Malaysia Airline. Or Emirates. Or the direct Qantas

The price sounds ok for a one-way ticket and zuji is a good website to check for fares. Asiana is a Korean airline and is one of only six airlines in the world that receive a five-star rating from Skytrax, the world's largest passenger opinion and ratings service for the airline industry. Incheon is the international airport in Seoul, South Korea, not a bad place to layover, it's one of the best airports in the world. If you don't mind the long layover, the fare, the layover city and airline are all pretty good. Good luck.

The best thing for you to do is go straight to your travel agent and plan your flights there - with him/her giving you guidance and information on it. Thats what our family does when going overseas.

Hi,

Check: http://custom-tours.blogspot.com/

There is a website that will give you the BEST Published airfare - worldwide.

It will even give you the best airfare up to 330 days in advance.

Then check with the consolidators and specialty travel agents for a cheaper fare than the published fare. They have access to airfares up to 50% cheaper, sometimes more. I got a $2100 fare for $990 once.

Good Luck and Have A Fun Trip!
