They do at most airports. I use Washington Dulles regularly and the major airlines all offer curbside service. |

Curbside is still available but you will still have to go through the usual security checks and online check in will save you some time also.
Those who say curbside check-in has been eliminated are just plain wrong. |

Yes however you probably want to check the rules on the airlines website. Many airlines have started charging $2 per bag to check them in curbside. This is in addition to tipping the skycap.
My suggestion. Check in online and check your bags at the self-service kiosk. It may save you a couple of bucks depending on the carrier. |

Everyone above is correct, except most international flights and foreign airlines have no curbside service. (Assuming you are in the US). |
