No. Some airlines stopped allowing passengers from smoking in the 1970's. Now they all pretty much do not allow smoking at all.

well i think their is some airlines that allowed smoking but i have no idea who they are ..all i know is that in most airlines smoking is not admitted any longer
..it used to be permitted a long time ago.

Not on any commercial flights. Maybe a private charter jet would allow you, but it is up to the captain if he will allow it.
