Some middle eastern airlines wont let their Flight Attendants continue after having a baby but they could be married. If there are any that don't allow it, it would be in that part of the world.
I have to mention that these carriers usually hire foreign Flight Attendants and provide housing, transport, etc. Working in that part of the world is a whole different experience to that of flying with airlines elsewhere.
