Hi , I love flying, and have flown all over including OZ ..been to the States about 37times in different directions...nothing like seeing places. I am going to the States for Christmas, ...by the way I am in my eighties but who cares as there is no time like the present. Go to it gal, and at your tender age you should have a sense of adventure in you, because if you keep putting of what you are scared about ..you will never get there will you. Then you miss seeing the rest of the World.

i absolutel;y love flying - i dont know what it is, I just find it amazing that im in the sky in a man made machine - luv the window seat and look out for the whole journey - brill

I love it! Especially in small private planes. Prior to moving to Europe I belonged to a group called the Flying Dr.s in California. We flew to small remote villages, setting up clinics where there was no medical or dental relief. All donated on our part. Landing on dirt strips or empty fields. Very exciting, and even more than that, rewarding. Wonderful memories to carry me into my old age.

I don't enjoy it, because I'm 6'3" and most planes don't have that much leg room. Still, it's worth it to me if I'm going somewhere like Hawaii.

Flying isn't what it used to be. I love being up in the air, but I hate the in-betweens. Meaning, the wait at the gate because someone doesn't understand that your supposed to turn your cell phone off/put your bags in the overhead or under the seat, etc. Then theres the wait in-line to take off. That can get frustrating. Then after landing having to wait because the plane thats in your gate is late leaving because of the same problems you had before you even took off. Overall, I like flying and prefer it over having to take the bus or train.

I fear flying and it is boring, i to have done Oz and my body after landing was going up and down for days due to a turbulent flight!!

don't like that there is never enough leg room

I just managed to get from Minneapolis to Paris even though I absolutely hate flying.

Of course, I had a nice supply of Xanax to help. :)

As long as there aren't any screaming kids on the flight it's OK, otherwise it's sheer hell!!

I love flying basically because I suffer from coach sickness but I would love to fly on one of those jumbo jets just to have more leg room.

I don't mind flyng at all except for take-off and the fact that I'm 5"10 and there is absolutely NO leg room.

its ok for me. in fact, i just got ofa plane yesterday! it was my first time flying. i went to ga from nj. although it takes about 2 hours, it took us 11 hours! the flight was svcheduled for 1:37 pm. the flight was delayed 2 hours, then we got in, but couldnt take off cuz off the line. so we waited 2o more minutes, then fuinally, we took off. that was around 3:30-4:00pm. but we couldnt land in newark cuz off the weather, then we were delayed 30 more minutes cuz of that reason, so we circled the airport for 30 minutes. then, we were running out of gas, so we had to fly to the nearest airport which was baltimore. then we still couldnt land in newark cuz of the rain. my family finally got home to my house at 10:00 pm. but i dont want to scare u cvuz the chances of that are like 10 in a milion. pretty fat chance. but we were delayed going to georgia too. we were delayed like 35 minutes then. and my aunt beeped at both places cuz of her hip and wrist replacement with titanium. she shwed her the catrd and got whacked really hard in just the wrong place. yup, her hip. but if ur flying, have a good trip, and dont worry. ull be fine. just relax and have fun!

I don't hate it as much as I used to, I just find it sooooo boring now. Well done for flying to Australia, Cyprus is about as far as I cope with!
