If you mean biggest in size, the airport which takes up the most land mass is the King Khalid International Airport in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, it's 81 sq. miles in area.
The second biggest airport in the world is Denver International at 53 square miles.

Every web site has different statisitcs and seem to inflate them for their own country.
I am going to say Hong Kong,because the Discovery Channel also says Hong Kong. Handles 45 million passengers a year.
It has the largest passenger terminal in the world, 570,000 sq metres. This doesnt include the new 140,000 m² Passenger Terminal 2 and the SkyPlaza. (recently opened)
Yet is amazingly easy and fast to get through. You dont have that feel of a huge endless maze to navigate. I guess with 45 million passengers a year you have to be efficient.
When medivaced (but ambulatory) to Hong Kong I was through Immigration and Customs and put in a taxi within about 20 minutes. Truly amazing service.
