British Airway and American Airline do direct flight from Manchester International to Logan International, Boston.

Mostly British Airways fly direct from Manchester to Boston but you may check that with the airline or by visiting www.ba.com or try United www.united.com as well www.aa.com or www.flybmi.com

American Airlines has direct nonstop flights. The outbound flight from Manchester is Flt.95 departing at 955AM and arriving in Boston at 1220PM. The return is Flt 96, departing at 830PM arriving at 750AM.
British Air code shares with American on the flight over (That is you can book it as British Air, but the plane is operated by American) But I dont see any return flights that are direct nonstop. Good luck!
