Maybe they will but you cannot put the police and your resources everywhere. The planes are the most likely target so you have to go where your intelligence leads you. They have done the undergound and I am sure will try again but you cannot put a policeman on every bus and at every bus stop. We have to be vigilent ourselves and stop letting muslim extremists getting their views put on tv and in the media. Its a recruiting ground for these sick vile creaures.
