Anyone using Ryanair deserves no sympathy.

BillyB8
i'd like to give advice but you haven't told us what the error was.

Schuutz
Hell no.

Contest it.

Imelda
No sir! If it was their fault - don't pay! Go to the media! ha. Bloody Ryan Air - so cheap but such a pain sometimes.

Very happily married.
You will get my answer when I have read both sides of the story.

Look up all your facts and then phone your local consumers advice you'll get number in your phone book.

Dont get me going on Ryan Air. They will use every excuse to try and rack up the charges on top of the original ticket price.

I bet says somewhere in the smallest of the small print that they are not liable for any administrative errors they make.

No harm in trying to get your money back, but if you can't, just put in down to experience. We still fly Ryanair from time to time (not a lot of choice where we live) but you know what you're getting into.

D R
don't sound fair to me, but we don't know all the details

**tomtom
What ?
Why should you pay the airline if its their error.
So DO NOT PAY THEM instead SUE THEM and fight it out.
We are all with you on this one.

confucious says
how can it be ryanairs fault when you yourself have to enter all the details. ONLY A COUPLE OF WEEKS AGO i accidently booked the wrong flight a call to the call center sorted it out within minutes at no cost to me.

£70 IS FOR A NAME CHANGE only you could have put in the wrong name

Not if the error was their's.

No. Kick up a stink and they might refund you to get rid of you! Or report them to trading standards, watchdog etc.

lily
no

nontarzaniccaulkhead
No doubt somebody at Ryanair thinks it's fair, but why the heck should you pay to have someone else's fault corrected?
