Doubt it - the costs of trying to run long-haul is far more tricky, as you have to consider meals etc. Also, it's already a saturated market - otherwise why would some of the operators kkep worrying about turnover?

Chris h
apparantly a budget airline called zoom will be doing long haul flights to the US. they already go to canada for £60. dont think easyjet are planning on doing it though

Jenny A
Just in Europe really at the moment, as they are no frills, short hops mainly.

Pit Bull
At the moment they concentrate on short haul business and have no plans to go long-haul at any time in the foreseeable future.....but who can tell?

My friend works for them and she said they are hopefully going to be doing long haul flights after the new year, just keep checking their website.

SunnyDays
They only do short haul, that is the esence of their business, short flights with a rapid turnaround and no frills on board. To do long haul they would have to offer much more than they currently do, for short haul the facilities are OK, but anything longer than 2.5 hours with easyjet, forget it, too bloody poor in service for that. they would have to vastly improve their customer service as well to be competitive enough

low cost airlines only operate in Europe and some to Morocco.

They don't yet, they're looking to, or were a while back. They tried to get flight paths to the US but were eventually blocked, many people feel unfairly on account of strings pulled by traditional airlines threatened by the potential competition.

I think Marrakech is their most far-flung destination at the moment, from the UK anyway. I believe Geneva is their biggest hub, you might find more routes from there.

I doubt it as they dont have big enough aircraft they only have 737 at the moment and u cant do long haul with them.
