If you get car or sea sick, take some dramamine before your flight, then get an aisle seat, something good to read, and chew a piece of gum during take off (helps your ears pop). You will be fine... take off is not what people hype it to be... I've had harsher climbs on roller-coasters.

Taking off is the BEST!!!! My favorite part! Flying is soooo very safe really. If you are packed properly (check your air carrier's website to check the rules) and arrive to the airport on time, your stress about the whole experience will be minimized.

Get settled in your seat. Buckle in and enjoy. Taking off is really like a ride at the amuzement park!

There really isn't anything to be nervous about. I actually get a great nap on my flights. Good luck

more people die in car accidents than flying in a plane I've flown a few time and i think it's cool just bring gum for your ears unless you don't mind them popping . good luck and don't worry

Try to sleep :)
Definitely bring your iPod or mp3 player.
Get one of those pillows so your neck doesn't get stiff.
If you can't sleep, eat something like popcorn to calm the nerves.

Don't worry about it!
The best thing you can do is look forward to the flight, if you get nerves at anytime just think about all the fun you will have at your destination.
