Depends on where you are flying to. here are the general check in times for Manchester airport.

Long Haul Flights 3 HOURS before departure

European Flights 2 HOURS before departure

UK & Northern Ireland Flights 1 HOUR before departure

You have to check the check-in rules for your airline. Some international flights need you to be be checked in at least 1 hour before the flight. Now, if you need to queue for an hour as well, then you need to be at the airport by 3.35. If you have nothing better to do, then be there for 2pm. You can then check in and dump your bags nice and early, then saunter through security at your own pace and enjoy a drink and something to eat....

I have my tickets for my holiday and the airline

They say be there at least 2 hours before you fly, but you have to take into account the traffic etc.. so i would get there for 2pm to be on the safe side, enjoy your holiday!!

A good 2hours before. It gives you plenty of time to get yourself sorted out. It should actually say it on your tickets. Set off early as well becase traffic at that time in Manchester is going to be living hell! You don't want to be the one you see on Airline who turns up 10mins before their flight because they got stuck in traffic and didn't read the small print properly.

they say you should be there at least two hours before the flight leaves, so you need to be there for at least 3.35pm.

3.35 for a European flight and 2.35 for a long-haul (over 5 hours) flight.

Transatlantic 2.5 hours (3pm) - Domestic and Europe 1 hour before (4.35pm)
