So im flying to arizona in 10 days and it is my first time flying by myself. usually im with someone during a flight so i chat with them, play games, etc. this time im going to be all alone. its a 4 hour flight. what can i do to keep myself busy?to avoid getting anxious or nervous?
I'm the same way. I usually bring lots of magazines and crosswords. Also an MP3 player helps a lot. Snacks and gum. Something you like to do to kill time.

Well bring a book. Snacks you might talk to the person sitting next to you even though you don't know them. Sleep, crosswords, sudoku. Stuff like that. It won't be so long.
