Its perfect whatever you need to feel comfortable as long as it fits in a bag and you don't mind carrying it! When you take off just talk to someone or read do something to distract you but you cant listen to your ipod cause its not aloud i have got yelled at before. Just try to relax and think you are most likely going somewhere fun so enjoy it while you can! Many people would love to be in your position!

Doesn't sound like much at all! Just remember you have all that space in front of you and in the overhead. Have you thought about bringing a small and fluffy pillow to cuddle with?

When I fly I remind myself: Whatever happens, no amount of worrying or freaking out is going to change the safety of this plane. I remind myself that, statistically, I take a bigger risk getting in my car every morning than I do when I step on an airplane.

hey girl! i am totally with you.. i absolutely hate flying.. even seeing an airplane fly by overhead makesme nausious because i hate them SO much but it makes it a lot easier if you immediately start a converstaion with someone sitting next to you. Like, "hi, i am so scared of these things" and when the plane takes off you'll be into a conversation so you won't notcie as much and then.. smooth sailing! good luck!

it's not that scary once you get on
all you have to do is count to ten and relax and all the things that you want to take with your self is alright if you get calm
also as long as you think its comfertable.

It is a little too much, take out the slippers, gravol?
i've riden on a plane and i love to bring music and a portable video player chew gum and try to sleep try
P.S. you will get sick if you read the book
