You COULD use your laptop because you can get these things that let you connect your plug into another, then into the Russian plug.
Otherwise you can fiddle with the entertainment system, sleep or watch some movies. |

Bring your iPod, or any other electronic accessory that you usually listen to, or play when you're going somewhere normally. If you can bring light snacks don't bring junk food like that guy said that will only cause Jet Lag to avoid jet lag take a look at this site, it really helps.
http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/18962591/
And bring a book that you never get bored of, or if your iPod can play movies load as many movies as you can so that you won't get bored. And walk around the cabin that really helps. Try talking to the people next to you, if they seem weird then don't because they'll only annoy you during the flight then. And you SHOULD sleep, it doesn't harm you, and try avoiding the airline food, its true for most people that they only eat it because they are bored and that messes around with your chemical balances in your brain because it has to double its duties now because it has to digest more than normal. And another I do is to find out the local time where I am going and try to sleep according to that for about a week before I have the flight.
Happy flying. |

Maybe buy a portable DVD player. They aren't very expensive and you don't need to plug them in! Then you can watch movies.
You could read. Buy some magazines and books to bring with you. Listen to your iPod/CD player.
Gosh, 15 hours?! Thats so long lol!
Have a fun trip =) |

munch on a big box of chocolates while watching a movie or reading a book, or doing a crossword puzzle ( an easy one,) they are more fun and if you time your self with each puzzle you'll enjoy it more. |

First I would look into maybe taking some Dramamine if you are literally getting sick when you are on planes.
A good think I like to do is go to the gift shop and see what they have available. There you can find books, puzzle books, and other things that would help you ease through the "joys" of a 15 hour flight. Or go to your local super store and go into the game isles and get a small battery operated hand held game.
Have a nice flight. |

Long flights are boring.....sleeping is what I do, if you have trouble with it take a sleeping tablet.
If your old enough getting drunk is good too, just make sure you have an aisle seat for the bathroom trips. Happy flying. |

I hate long flights like that. I usually watch the movies and read in between. Would taking a sleeping pill be out of the question?
The most frustrating thing is getting gassy on the flight. |

The laptop thing confused me...are you traveling from or to Russia? Either way the laptops battery doesn't care and will work on the flight, and you can buy a 50/60 hertz converter for next to nothing these days. Anywho, bring a deck of cards, solitaire is awsome for killing time! You might also be able to get up a card game with the people next to you! You can also ask your Dr for something that will knock you out for a while. Of course there is always the "Mile High Club"! |

I would sedate myself heavily and try to remain unconscious for as much time as possible. That's not fun at all.
Don't they have adapters for the plugs. Look around, I'm sure they are out there. |
