Yes, it would be a bad idea especially considering the fact that you are a male crossdresser. You seem to have quite a thing for mini skirts and heels. Its obvious from your questions. Almost every single one of your questions has to do with mini skirts and heels - at the airport, at the amusement park, in public, and more.
Anyway, no...Don't do it. Personally, I sure wouldn't want you sitting next to me on the plane - a guy in a mini skirt and heels, LOL! That would be too funny!!! Besides, you wouldn't even make it through security. Why in the world anyone would want to publicly humiliate themselves by pulling a stunt like you described is beyond me. I say...Dress the way you were meant to - as a male.

It depends on your motivation on wearing it. Most flights tend to be cold so take a blanket. If you're not sure why do you want to wear it be more specific please.

just be comfortable. i get really cold so i like to wear jeans with a tank top, sweat shirt and ugg boots. if i get too hot i can just take off the sweat shirt

If you don't mind being super uncomfortable on the plane, go for it. I'd maybe carry this outfit in a carry on and change when I landed if you were wearing it to meet someone at your destination.

It's not an appropriate outfit to wear and depending on the Airline they have the right to tell you to change or let you on. Now tell me if by any chance that plane crashed in the water..how long do you think you'd last in heels and a tight mini skirt.....there is no one to impress on an Airplane..dress comfortable.

you can probably wear anything on the airplane these days, but i think you might be cold cuz the airplanes are always cold.

seems like you are going to do something fun on the plane or right after you arrive. If not, maybe you should change to something more comfy like a capris-track suit.

I'd trade the mini for some jeans. Otherwise you bare legs will be making direct contact with the seat where numerous patrons before you have farted, wiped bogies and god knows what else! As for the shoes, they should be ok for a short flight, but if it's more than 3 or 4 hours, go with something more comfortable because your feet tend to swell up a bit during the flight.
