It's stormy and cold where I live, so I put on a Betty Crocker Beef Stew dinner a little while ago...I'm off work and don't feel like spending a whole lot of time cooking dinner...put it on high for 3-4 hours and it's going to be yummy...I may go down to Panara and pick up a nice french bread, that'd be good! Anyway, it's a nice change for me, I know :) Whatever you end up doing, I hope you have a nice dinner!! :)

I'm like you. Our menus are pretty similar. Here is a super easy, but super delicious meal that's made it on to mine.

Salsa Chicken:
oven to 375
Spice chicken(boneless breast, 4 of them) with 2 TBsp of Chili, 1 tsp of cumin, Onion Powder, Garlic, Oregano, 1/2 tsp of sugar, pinch of salt.

Cover with 1 cup of salsa, bake for 30-35 minutes.

If you want to add cheese, do it with about 5 minutes left.

DELICIOUS and EASY.

I usually serve with a side of rice.

Stir fry, easy to make, tasty as hell. Grab any meat you like, slice it up, cook in frying pan or Wok (preferably Wok) with a little oil. When the meat is nearly done, add a load of chopped vegetables (again, anything will do, whatever you like) and continue cooking for around 3 mins, constantly stirring (hence (STIR fry). Finally add a sauce (again, whatever you like. I personally like Plum Sauce, a bit of Dark Soy Sauce and Tomato Ketchup. Seriously tasty.). Continue cooking until sauce is hot. Serve with Rice or Cous Cous.

Takes 15-20 mins, can make it into anything you like. Can't loose.

Roasted chicken with potatos and green beans.

Country fried or oven baked pork chops.

Chicken fried steak, mashed potatos and corn.

Ham steak and sweet potatos or macaroni and cheese.

yeah that can happen sometimes lol. bake and season chicken breast. and make a stir fry with: rice,bell peppers, tomatoes, broccoli, and onions) or whatever other vegetable you'd like to put in. then ad the baked chicken to it cut up. or if you don't want to bake it cook it in the pan. Or you could make homemade chicken pot pie...which is my favorite:) just: but two frozen pie crust, cream of chicken soup by :healthy choice, frozen mixed vegetables that include peas, carrots and chopped string beans, lima beans if you like them too. personally I like to buy the fresh cut carrots and boil them until soft b/c they are better than the ones that come in the frozen vege bag that are just little squares. get some red potatoes and onion. Ok all you have to do is #1 cook the chicken, boil the potatoes and other frozen vegetables.
#2.then mix all vegetable in a big bowl adding cream of chicken soup, stir together and season to taste.
#3also add cooked chicken.next pur mixture into crust.
#4top with butter and then cover with other crust mending the edges together with your fingers.
#5 then pour 1 egg white over top of pie before placing it in the oven. #6 let bake in oven for 30mins and then wallah your finished.
