Good low cost airline?

There are so many cheap airlines out there. Does anyone have any recommendations? Easyjet? Ryanair? Flybe? BMI?

Thanks very much

it really depends on on where you want to go..
While it might seem like their are loads of options there is surprisingly little competition on routes. So decide which airports you want to fly from and to, and see which airline flies the route.

Personally I have only flown with Ryanair and BMI and don't have any complaints.

It's true Ryanair seats don't recline but most of their flights are less than 2 hours anyway. you also have to pay for checked luggage but this isn't much a bit of advice though buy your food and drink for the flight in departures after security as they rip you off on the flight. 3 of us flew to the south of france for less that £50 with checked luggage and a priority pass last month this is cheaper than KLM as thay want about £120 per person and the flight isn't direct!!!!!

Depends where you are flying from and to. flyglobespan are good from Scotland as are easyjet and bmibaby and flybe. Ryanair sucks treat you like rubbish but there are cheap for the ticket before you add on the fees for checking in etc etc.

potatochip
Ryanair has really low airfare but I hear they charge you for everything such as checked bags. I also heard that their seats do not recline. Not sure if that is true or not. It depends if you are willing to sacrifice comfort for price.

AirOne in Italy should be all right as well.

Ryanair is cheap! But when I used them we were delayed for couple hours!!! There airports are mainly seconary airport, just outside the city. Whereas EasyJet use main airports.

With all these cheap airline company going busted I would recommend you purchasing these tickets by credit card as there is insurance.

why should i tell you

In my experience Ryanair are pretty good, Easyjet were OK but not too helpful when things go wrong or there are delays etc...I haven't travelled with the others so can't really comment on those!

Just go to this link : http://www.tkqlhce.com/click-3155260-10514139 There is new (and fun) way to search and book over 100's international flights. Their interactive (and cool) map tool is a great way to access a wider selection of airlines, routes and fares, many never previously available online. They provides more flight choices to select from, so you can find the lowest prices and best schedules.

It depends on where you start and where you go.

i went on Aer Lingus, it may not seem like a low cost airline...but it is cheap compared to others...make sure you book early though! when i travelled by them, the flight was fast, comfortable, the staff were very friendly and the flight actually arrived ahead of schedule! it depends where you are travelling to and from, but if you are flying to america its very good!
