Has anyone ever flown on delta airlines before?

Delta is okay as a domestic airline, although I share one previous repondent's distaste for Atlanta's airport -- where virtually ALL Delta flights connect. What's good about them, however, is their alliance with Air France. If you fly on one or the other, you can aggregate your frequent flyer miles toward awards travel. So if you fly a half-dozen domestic flights on Delta, for instance, you can qualify for free upgrades and awards on Air France. Not a bad deal.

Never had a problem.
People expect soo much, I mean what is your goal. To get from point A to point B. If you don't like the plane or the seats, pay for first class, otherwise remember it's not a cruise ship, it's a plane.
I personally like Atlanta's airport and never had a problem at that airport. Delays happen, people need to relax, does it really matter if you get to your destination 20 minutes late as long as you arrive safely?

Pretty much everyone has flown Delta where I live. 90% of flights leaving Cincinnati's airport is either a Delta or Delta Connection flight. It's because of Delta, our airport has the highest average airfare in the country.

I have flown Delta many times and have had no major issues with them.

Nope, almost flew them LAX to Atlanta but cancelled my plans.

Yes, they are no better or worse than any other. My pet peeve with them is that most flights go through Atlanta. I HATE changing planes in Atlanta. I have never NOT been delayed in Atlanta. Don't get me started on the Atlanta airport.

Yes, I always try to find the best deal though. They're all pretty much the same to me.

If you have to transfer through Salt Lake then give youself an hour or so. The old smoking booth was functional. The bars were crap. If you have more than 5 hours in Salt Lake then God help you

Yeah, I've flown with them numerous times. And i don't like them.

1. Their charter planes always smell gross and often have engine problems.
2. You pay too much for the service/quality you get.
3. They overbook way too much.

Sometimes on some flights they have good deals. If thats what you're looking for, go for it. Otherwise go through United or US Air. But in the end, if you're looking for quality, don't go with Delta.
