They are average.... I found them to be quite rude..and won't fly with them again unless its a great deal..

You need to board early enough to find the seat you want - especially if flying with freinds ... so queue up early - and make sure your luggage is within their weight range - otherwise they will charge you!

You have nothing to worry about though - you will get there safely..just take your own drink and snack with you - the yrae over-priced on-board.

Cheap and cheerful. Ok cheap airline......You get what you pay and so if you pay very little, all you will get is flown where you want to go....Watch you don't go over your baggage weights or you will pay a heavy price....

I flew Ryanair 3 years ago and it was fine. It is like flying any other economy airline, no frills but they have a good track record. I also know a lot of business people who use it to fly throughout Europe and I have never heard them complain.

Hi, I flew to Dublin last Monday 23rd April with Ryanair, Because we had no luggage we had priority boarding, from checking in to landing at Dublin they were lovely, the flight was perfect, the cabin crew were very good. We had a new plane , and it was the same coming back home,i fly quite a few times a year to holiday destinations and i usually fly with XL Airways they are a very good airline. But i must say you have nothing to worry about with Ryanair. Have a good trip.

Dont worry. I have flown with them many times and I have to tell you that they have new aircraft and they have a nice record regarding safety.

Flown with them many times and you get what you pay for,no frills.
Don't be put off by the TV smear campaigns I have always found them safe and the staff helpful.

ryanair is fine for short flights (2-3 hours). board as soon as you can cos you get to pick your seats. bring something to eat with you, cos the prices are a rip off once you're in the air. other than that, i've never had a problem with them.

easty90210
yes i have to salou spain cheap flights and offer the same standard as the others you will be fine hun take a few books/magazines or a personal stero if worried speak to the cabin crew they will put tou at ease.xx

I have all ways found Ryan air good to fly with, but you might want to take a bottle of water and some sweets with you on the plane because you have to pay for every thing you ask for and they are not cheap,....enjoy your holiday and let us know how you got on.

Ryanair are very safe. No need to be afraid. You may be delayed a little but Ryanair are fine otherwise. They won't have sick bags however should you be sick from nerves. Better bring your own in case. Good luck. You will be fine.

its OK if you think you will need something to eat or drink during your flight buy a sandwich or drink in the duty free before boarding so its in a clear plastic bag (this also helps time fly)

My very first flight 18 months ago was with Ryanair and it was absolutely fine, very basic but no problems, I've just come back from Australia so flying with Ryanair didn't put me off ever getting on a plane again, by the time the cabin crew have given their talk and you have a nosey round at everyone else on the flight you'll have almost reached your destination, have a lovely time and chill out you'll be fine.

Don't worry, you will be fine... Don't expect any good service or smiles of that kind but I can assure you that they have a brand new fleet of Boeing 737-800s and an impeccable safety record.

They do not offer you the experience of a lifetime but take you to your destination safely.....

The only thing I can tell you is if you are flying with a Friend, for gods sake tell the stewardess that you are a nervous flyer, otherwise you will be separated on the flight as Ryan air run a free seating system and everyone piles in and sits one person to a seat all the way down the plane until it is full and then you have to sit next to a stranger as there are no 2 seats left together! It's a crap system and I don't know why they do it, but if you tell a stewardess they will move someone and let you sit with your travelling partner.
