Monarch Airlines.

We were delayed 6 hours on an outbound flight to Palma and 5 hours on the inbound

The legroom was a joke I was cramped and I'm only 5ft 2!

This poor bloke opposite who was really tall had his knees up to his chin!

Never ever again!

Thomas Cook was the worst airline company we ever used, their planes are like sitting in a sardine can, the staff are rude, grubby looking and their reps are worse, we have used First Choice twice and have nothing but praise for them, great planes, great staff, wonderful hotels and brilliant reps..

i never travel Chav sorry charter airlines.

not since i flew from malaga on a monarch flight and a nasty chav family let their daughter pee into a plastc bag in the middle of the aisle and the cabin crew did nothing.

the airline should have lost their f....n licence for that.

STAY CLEAR OF ALL CHARTER AND BUDGET AIRLINES FOR GOD SAKE

I have flown First Choice before and I thought the service was excellent. I will be flying with them again.

The worst I have been on is Aer Lingus. They are the national airline of our country (Ireland) and they are so stingy.
BA or Lufthansa would always give free refreshments but no Aer Lingus!

The worst flight I have been on is an American Airlines flight from LA to New York in February 2005.

Yes, went to Maldives two years ago and nobody told me previously that I would have to seat apart from my partner (almost 10 hrs flight) which we found out while on board...how sweet surprise! I was so upset!

olliedog
The Turkish one. They were dreadful.

i cant stand first choice after a number of bad experiences! their flight staff are so obnoxious!! they last flight we had with them was to mexico and we asked several times for drinks and pillows and were ignored!!! first choice as a company i feel are fake! we suffered a really bad holiday ( i wont mention the hotel) but we were lied to about every aspect about the hotel. they did reward us for a £100 voucher ( we spent a hell of alot more than that!!)

no i havent
british airways is well priced and a very kind, helpful airline

easyjet were appaling....I was disgusted my the way the kept us waiting, then made us move from 1 side of the airport to another, then made us stand crammed in bus with heating on :(

Ryan Air - was an absolute 'free for all' nightmare. Travelled with four children and whilst we were lucky to get seated near each other, other families were not so lucky
