What an interesting question for once!

No I have never seen a ghost with a naked eye but I have felt its presence many times over the years.

I keep thinking and hoping that it is not a malevolent spirit but rather the ghost of my late grandmother who died in 1985.

She is the only member of my family whom I ever truly loved and I am hoping that she is watching over me since her death, which occurred much too soon in my life (I was only a teenager when she passed).

In times of sadness & hardship, I often reach out to her and I believe that she is listening to me, somehow...

Incidently, she would have been a hundred years old this year (she was born in 1907).

How about you though? Have you ever seen a ghost?

i think i have. I might have a couple in my formal livingroom, but i don't know. i might be over reacting about lights reflecting on a picture frame.

I seen my dads ghost sitting on the couch he died on a few days after he died. It shocked me since he was sitting halfway in the light and dark and i was so scared to look at him that i took off and left the room immediately. I never seen the ghost after that..

I have never seen a ghost per se, however, I have felt the presence of other spirits and seen orbs, figures and odd shadows. I've also heard other people in the next room even though I was the only one home at the time. The former owner of the house I currently live in turns lights on and off and opens and closes cabinets. Luckly for me he stays in my Landlord's portion of the house.

My sister has a really annoying poltergist that inhabits her apartment who keeps me up all night when I stay there.

I have never seen a ghost, but I have had an unusual experience. My husband and I bought a beautiful old house, built in 1924. It's in a very quiet, 'historical' section of the city. It has hardwood floors with all the creaks and cracks that goes with old houses. One quiet sunny day I was home alone, my two small children were at a play group for the day, and my husband was out running errands. I had been in the laundry room folding clothes out of the dryer. I placed the folded clothes in a basket and headed to the back of the house to put them up. While I was back there, I heard the back door open and I heard the 'jingle' of my husband's keys, I distinctly heard his heavy footsteps cross the kitchen floor and heard him make his way through the dining room, into the living room. There is a particular spot right between the kitchen and formal dining room that makes this 'three syllable' creak every time someone walks over it. And I distinctly heard this sound. So I called out very casually, 'What are you doing back so soon?" But there was no answer. So I called out his name and still no answer. I headed back up to the front of the house, expecting to find my husband, meandering around, maybe sorting through the mail or something and sort of ignoring me like his does sometimes. Only I found nobody there at all! I was completely alone in the house. To this day I cannot explain how I could hear those distinct sounds and actually start to have a conversation when there was nobody there or maybe there was?

Some of the people in my family have. I thought that I might have seen one when I was a kid, but it might have just been my overactive imagination.
