Don't worry.

Flies won't bite you, although they are annoying, they won't harm you so just continue to sleep.

If it's a Bee then I would run out the room RIGHT NOW.

Turn on a light they are attracted to that and hit it once it lands near it. Or if it is day out open the blinds it will fly to the window and you can smack it there too.

Many people have the same problems.

You try to keep your room clean.
Buy pest-control sprays or fragrant papers.
Also,try to keep your lights always.

That's what I suggest.
